Useful Info
The education system as we know it is changing right before our eyes, and with change comes uncertainty and lots of questions. We’ve done our best to provide answers to some of the most common inquiries, but feel free to get in touch if you still have questions or concerns.
How do younger children adapt at TMP? How do you facilitate this transition?
Our educators use appropriate methods to help children feel comfortable and confident in the environment. Parents are encouraged to spent time at the place to facilitate the gradual adaptation.
How can I get involved as a part to support my child’s education at TMP?
Through our internal program, Parents as Partners, we encourage all caregivers to be partners in their children’s education. They are the ones who can continue what we, as educators build at home. By preparing a simple home environment and materials at home, by participating in meetings with the educators, by discussing your child’s needs and interests.
How is TMP different from a traditional nursery or school?
What sets us apart is not only the time proven Montessori method, but the fact that while the traditional kindergarten or school follows a predetermined curriculum and relies more on direct instruction, at TMP the children have the freedom to choose their activities and learn through hands-on experience and exploration.
